Refund policy
For refunds and exchanges you must notify us by email sales@hotdrinkcompany.com or by sending a message within 14 days of receiving you order. For UK customers goods must be returned unused in original packaging within 30 days of your delivery. For international orders we allow up to 45 days for the item to be returned to us. Once the goods have been accepted back into stock, all items will be checked and we will issue you with your exchange or refund. Returns can take up to 14 working days to be processed and for the refund to appear back on your original method of payment.
Goods must be returned in the manner that they were sent to you, if you are unable to use the original packaging please ensure that all packaging you use to return your items is of a sufficiently suitable standard as not to cause any damage to the goods. Hot Drink Company will not refund goods that are returned in an unsatisfactory condition and it is your responsibility to insure against any problems with your chosen delivery courier.
Hot Drink Company requires that you, the consumer, covers the cost of the postage for the returns. Please ensure that all goods are returned via Royal Mail Special Delivery or another tracked and signed for service, as the goods remain under your responsibility until it arrives back with Hot Drink Company.
Hot Drink Company accepts no responsibility for any packages lost or stolen in transit.
