AW24 Harry Potter Social Competition Terms

Terms & Conditions for Harry Potter™ Tea Competition


  1. Eligibility:  

   This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. 


  1. How to Enter: 

   To enter the competition, participants must:

   - Like the competition post on Instagram or Facebook.

   - Follow @hotdrinkcompany on Instagram or Facebook.

   - Tag a friend in the comments (one extra entry per comment).  

   - Optionally, share the post on your story for an additional entry.


  1. Prize: 

   There is 1 prize to be won, and the prize consists of:  

   - 1 x Harry Potter™ Luxury Tea Advent Calendar (RRP £49.99)

   - 1 x Harry Potter™ Hogwarts Tea Caddy (RRP £10.99)  

   Total prize value is approximately £60. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. 


  1. Competition Period:  

   The competition opens on 10th November 2024 and closes at 4pm on 20th November 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.


  1. Winner Selection:

   The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries. The winner will be contacted directly via direct message (DM) by @hotdrinkcompany on the platform they entered. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being contacted, a new winner will be selected.


  1. Winner Announcement:

   The winner will be announced on [Instagram/Facebook] on 1st December. The winner’s name will be posted on the competition page, and no other platforms will be used to announce winners. Please note, Hot Drink Company will never ask you for payment or personal information beyond the necessary details to send the prize.


  1. Additional Terms:

   - By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions and confirm they meet the eligibility criteria.  

   - Participants may enter as many times as they like by tagging different friends, sharing the post, or engaging with the competition in other ways, as long as each entry is valid.  

   - Entries made through any automated systems or scripts are not permitted and will be disqualified.


  1. Data Protection:  

   Any personal data collected as part of the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except for the purpose of prize fulfilment.


  1. General Conditions:

   Hot Drink Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.


  1. Liability:

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with this competition or the prize.


  1. Governing Law:

    This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
